Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

A country made pistol was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2017. Investigation is already complete now and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the entire facts and submission of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12653 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Derni Police Station Case No. 106 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
