The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 891 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that there is no allegation of assault against this petitioner. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 01.01.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no allegation of assault against this petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
