The petitioner seeks bail in Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.449 of 2019, registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was arrested while going on a motorcycle with Vikash Singh. The petitioner had no knowledge that Vikash Singh committed theft of the motorcycle. The petitioner is in jail since 15.11.2019 and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Vijendra Kumar is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.449 of 2019.
