JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that being head clerk he sent forged list of beneficiaries but admittedly, the aforesaid list was signed by the then Block Development Officer. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the status of the petitioner in his office, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his
