JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have caused injury at the head of the informant during an occurrence of assault which took place at the time of Panchayati. The Doctor has found single head injury which was incised wound on the person of the informant.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12668 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Marauna Police Station Case No. 39 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
