JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-08-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation made in the F.I.R., a theft was committed in the shop.

The name of the petitioner has transpired in course of investigation.

The petitioner has a criminal antecedent as has been stated in paragraph no.3 of the present bail application. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2019. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10562 of 2020(4) dt.26-08-2020 2/2 case as also the petitioner having criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected for the present.
