2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 419 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115, 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2) of BNS.
3. Allegedly, the petitioner in a drunken state came to the place of occurrence and gave knife blow on the informant's son with intention to kill him and thereafter he fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that that the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 17.10.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that in paragraph nos. 2, 6 and 7 of the case diary, the witnesses and the informant have supported the occurrence.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the gravity of the allegation, I do not think it to be a fit case for bail, which is hereby rejected.
7. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in the court below itself. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
