Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he stolen away Laptop, mobile wire, bulb, Rs. 30,000/- and other article from the shop of the informant after breaking open ventilator. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that during course of investigation one Oppo mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner purchased the mobile from one Sadhu Mahto and he has not committed theft in the shop of the informant. He further submits

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020.
