Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder was lodged against unknown on recovery of dead body of a girl in the college campus. In the confessional statement of coaccused Braj Bhushan, name of the petitioner had surfaced. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12698 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T.No.754 of 2017 (arising out of Tatarpur [University]) Police Station Case No.66 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
