Petitioner seeks regular bail in Pirbahore P.S.Case No.34 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 354, 354(D) of I.P.C.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner used to outrage modesty of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student of B.A.Part-III, he is in custody since 17.01.2018 and has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Patna, in Pirbahore

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13112 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 P.S.Case No.34 of 2018. However, if he is found indulged in similar offence in future, thereafter his bail bond shall be cancelled.
