Petitioners seek bail in Barhara P.S.Case No.330 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that recovery is from the house of the petitioners but both petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody for last four months. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-each with two sureties of the
