The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) in the nature of Certiorari for quashing and set aside the order dated 06.06.2025 passed by the Director, Integrated Child Development Scheme, (ICDS), Patna rejecting the prayer for reinstating the post of Ananwari Sevika in Appeal Case No. 27 of 2024
Patna High Court CWJC No.3974 of 2026(2) dt.23-03-2026 2/3 and conform the order passed by the District Magistrate, Buxar.
(ii) For issuance an appropriate writ(s), order(s), Direction (s) in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents authorities to reconsider the case of the petitioner for reinstating for the post of Aganbadi Sevika. (iii) For issuance an appropriate writ(s), order(s), Direction (s) in the nature of Certiorari for quashing and set aside the order dated 12.06.2024 passed by the District Magistrate, Buxar.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No.1605 of 2019, which was allowed in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 26.02.2024 and matter was remanded back. Thereafter, two orders have been passed, one order dated 12.06.2024 passed by District Magistrate and another order dated 06.06.2025 passed by the Director, ICDS in Appeal Case No.27 of 2024.
4. Counsel further submits that both orders are without reasoning and only repetition of the earlier orders which have already been set aside. He further submits that no fresh ground has been considered by both the authorities, and hence, the orders passed by them are bad in law.

5. Counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that in both the orders, the allegation made earlier and the report which was already on record, have been taken into consideration and then, reasoned order has been passed, therefore, no need of any interference.

After hearing the parties and upon perusal of the record, this Court is of the firm view that on the point of facts, this Hon'ble Court does not have to interfere as there are consistent findings of the authorities on the points of facts. This Court declined him to interfere on those findings. The petitioner is also not in a position to show any illegality in the said orders. As such, this Court is not inclined to interfere, and hence, the present writ petition is hereby dismissed.
7. With the aforesaid directions and observations, the present writ application stands dismissed.
