Heard the parties.

The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 379/420/467 /468/ 472 / 474/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three persons including the petitioners were apprehended and from their possession different ATM cards and cash were recovered. It is alleged that the arrested persons were involved in cheating.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused Subham Kumar, who was also arrested at the same time, has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10571 of 2020(5) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 this Court in Cr. Misc. No.11533 of 2020. The petitioners are in custody since 24.12.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 341 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
