The petitioner seeks bail in Minapur P.S. Case No.437 of 2019, registered under Sections 365 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter had gone to withdraw the money from the bank but she did not return till the evening. During the course of search, the informant learnt that the petitioner kidnapped his daughter and took her somewhere else.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim made statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. The learned Additional Sessions Judge took note of the fact that the victim disclosed that her mother chided her and on account of which

When the victim reached at Delhi, she called the petitioner who came and took her and thereafter they started living in a separate room. It appears that the victim herself disclosed that she voluntarily left her house on being chided by her mother and when she reached at Delhi, she called the petitioner and thereafter they started living together. The victim further disclosed that her father lodged the case on misconception. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Vishundev Kumar @ Vishundev Kumar Sahni @ Vishandev Kumar Sahni is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.437 of 2019.
