1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 323, 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1, 3, 6 and 8 have antecedent of one case while rest of the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and they are family members. It is further submitted that based on a complaint case instituted by the complainant, cognizance came to be taken under sections 147, 323 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code, based on which, petitioners apprehend their arrest. It is next submitted that on account of a trivial dispute in between the side of the petitioners and the complainant, the present false complaint case came to be instituted with an allegation that petitioner no.8 was demanding extortion. It is further submitted that petitioner no.5 herein had earlier instituted Paharpur P. S. Case No. 419/2022 against the complainant and his side, accordingly, the present complaint case came to be instituted.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

No.17524 of 2024(2) dt.27-03-2024 3/3 amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Trial No.1257/2022, arising out of Complaint Case No.3182/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
