JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.258 of 2013 under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 414, 411, 120(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested on mere suspicion and his case is similar to that of accused Manoj Singh who has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 20.3.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No.2493 of 2014. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Guhan Singh @ Guhan is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.258 of 2013, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
