Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,224,34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Submission is that some other co-accused are named in the FIR relating to occurrence of murder. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused-Suraj Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.
