2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 40 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 386, 387, 307, 427, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act, lodged on 17.02.2020 by the informant Md. Perwez.
