The petitioner seeks bail in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 644 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26, and 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol loaded with one live cartridge has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no arms and ammunition has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.
