The grievance of the petition is the denial of weightage to him on account of service rendered by him as Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) in the Department of Agriculture. The basis for the petitioner to challenge the rule was advertisement dated 17.3.2015. However, after the writ petition was filed, the Government issued notification withdrawing the advertisement. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as
