JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-07-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statutory appeal pending before the Collector, Begusarai vide Miscellaneous Appeal (Supply) No. 05/2012 be directed to be disposed of within a reasonable time. It is submitted that the appeal was filed in the year 2012 and as per the statutory obligation such appeals are required to be disposed of within 60 days, but 2012 appeal has still not been disposed. Learned counsel for the State submits that an appropriate direction may be issued to the Collector, Begusarai.
