Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2017. Allegation is against the named accused persons that they were making preparation to commit dacoity. From possession of the petitioner, only a mobile phone was recovered.

Submission is that the investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17418 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar Police Station Case No.318 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
