The petitioners seek bail in Tekari P.S. Case No.476 of 2019, registered under Sections 30(a) and 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

55 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioners and for that the petitioners are in jail since 27.12.2019. The petitioners have remained in jail for two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners, namely, Rajendra Choudhary, Anil Chaudhary @ Anil Kumar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10791 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Chaudhary and Sudhir Kumar @ Sudhir Kumar Chaudhry are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No.476 of 2019.
