The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 458 of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 341, 504, 379, 498A and 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is of torturing the informant-opposite party no. 2 by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also to cause assault to the informant and lost her pregnancy.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21005 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 petitioner, who is the husband of the informant, is ready to take his wife with full dignity and honour. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif (Nalanda) in connection with Bihar P.S.
