The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the mother of victim, who in her statement on 06.10.2017 has stated that her daughter Shobha Kumari was married in the month of June 2017 with Punit Kumar and she had come to her parental home and living there and on 03.10.2017 at about 7:00 AM petitioner and his other family members abducted her daughter on motorcycle and she has not been recovered till date.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15875 of 2018(3) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 It has been contended that alleged occurrence was committed on 03.10.2017 whereas the FIR has been lodged on 06.10.2017. All the family members including the parents of petitioner have been made accused in this case and petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2017.
