Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 327 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 489A, 489B, 489C/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22077 of 2021(4) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 327 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
