Patna High Court CWJC No.11462 of 2013 (7) dt.29-02-2016 and which also led to the sealing of the shops but on the expression shown by the parties that they were afforded liberty to explore a possibility of settlement and on the offer made by the writ petitioners as advanced by Mr. Gautam Kumar Kejriwal that Mr. Kaushalendra Kumar Sinha was asked to seek instruction and the matter has thereafter been listed when the counsel for the parties do admit to the settlement of the dispute between the parties.
