The petitioners seek bail in Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 69/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468. 409, 420 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Sheela Devi was authorized to run Customer Service Centre, but the informant came to know that Sheela Devi received money from different customers, but did not deposit the same in their account. Sheela Devi and her husband Ram Raj Sah misappropriated the entire amount and illegally closed the Customer Service Centre. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21322 of 2017 (3) dt.20-06-2017 figured in the case during the course of investigation. The allegation is that Sheela Devi, her husband used to sit inside the Customer Service Centre along with the petitioners. It is submitted that petitioners are not at all responsible for non-deposit of money of the Customer Service Centre in their accounts. Sheela Devi and her husband are responsible for the misappropriation. The petitioners are in jail since 19.01.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 69/2016.
