The petitioner challenges the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Araria dated 18.09.2010, after 10 years by filing the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to approach the State Appellate Authority. In the opinion of this Court, the writ petition suffers
