JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 872 C of 2007 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 346 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that earlier process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has already been exhausted against the petitioners. Heard both sides.

In view of above, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. They should
