1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs, order / orders, direction / directions commanding the respondents to remove the PNB ATM from the land/premises of the petitioner bearing Mauza Padaria, P.S. Nadriganj, Khata No. 196, (New), Plot no. 503 (new) area 1 dismal. Because the said land has been purchased by the petitioner through a registered sale deed no. 3776 dated 23.03.2021 from Munni Devi, so the petitioner is bonafide owner of the land. (ii) To direct the respondent to enquire about the matter properly because the said ATM was installed on the basis of fake and false agreement the person who made agreement

The said land was sold in the year 2004 and the agreement was made in the year 2012. It is absolutely illegal.
(iii) As show cause cum explanation to the respondent despite specific order passed by the District Public Complaint redressal office to remove the PNB ATM from the land of the petitioner but no any positive action was taken."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the Punjab National Bank submits that the premises in question shall be vacated by removing ATM of the Punjab National Bank, within a period of one month from today. It is directed accordingly.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
