By order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No.3973 of 2018, the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Patliputra Police Station Case No.345 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IVth-cum-Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act), Patna. However, petitioner No.4, Anita Saini @ Anita Sahani could not furnish bail bond within time, for the reason that she was in female way.
Prayer is for extension of time.
Considering the aforesaid fact, prayer is allowed.
