Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Two live cartridges and a mobile phone was, allegedly, recovered from the house of this petitioner on raid. Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2017. He has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13543 of 2018 (2) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khagaria Muffasil Police Station Case No. 879 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
