The petitioner has put to challenge an order of the Arbitrator -cum- Additional Collector, Aurangabad, Bihar, dated 20.05.2017, read with the corrigendum, dated 24.05.2018, passed under Section 3-G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956.

In my opinion, this application is misconceived. The award of the Arbitrator is governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by making application under Section 34 of the Act. This writ application is not
