It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to typographical error in the bail petition, in the aforesaid order also in place of ' to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran' it should be read as 'to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, East Champaran. In view of the submissions made above, this modification application is allowed and the order dated 21.04.2017 is corrected accordingly. Further, time for surrender of the petitioners in the court concerned is also extended by another two weeks.
