JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Balthar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 419, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that father of petitioners has taken Rs. 4,50,000/- from the informant for sale a piece of land but neither he executed the sale deed nor returned the money rather the accused persons sold the said land to some other person.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that from the F.I.R. it is evident that whatever transaction is there that is between the informant and father of petitioners. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and they are

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed. Provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 22.07.2019 is confirmed.
