The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged on recovery of dead body of an unidentified person on the Fardbeyan of local Dafadar. Subsequently, the father of the deceased identified the dead body at the police station and thereafter he stated to the police that the deceased had gone along with the petitioner and others. It is suspected that there is land dispute with some other persons and at the instance of those persons, the petitioner and others have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13374 of 2018 (4) dt.18-04-2018 P2/ committed the murder.

Submission is that the there is no direct evidence and even the circumstantial evidence is very weak, as the petitioner has no direct motive for commission of the crime alleged.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.282/13, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
