This is the second effort that the petitioner has moved before this Court with a prayer for bail in connection with Kothi P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016 registered for offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is a direct allegation against the petitioner. For the present, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Akhilesh Bhuiyan is rejected.
