Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kangali P.S. Case No.08 of 2017, giving rise to Tr. No.18 of 2017, registered under Sections 8/20 (B) (ii) (B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Allegation is that 2.4 Kgs. of Charas was being carried away by this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no independent witness.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner was carrying Charas on the railway track and apprehended by SSB and the seized Charas is of commercial quantity. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the
