The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 147/148/149/353/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 16, 20 of the UAP Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that in the instant case petitioner has remained in jail prison since 11.5.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the instant case by the police spy.
