Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No.37 of 2017, giving rise to S. Tr. No.247 of 2017, registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the daughter of the informant went in the village somewhere at the instance of the petitioner and thereafter her dead body was found after three days. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during investigation it transpired that mobile of one Rakesh Kumar was used for talking with the deceased and only material against the petitioner is his confessional statement besides this there is no other evidence against the petitioner and investigation has been

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Kameshwar Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-VII, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No.37 of 2017, giving rise to S. Tr. No.247 of 2017.
