JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 121(A), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, u/s 25(1-b)a, 26(i), 35 of Arms Act and u/s 18(B), 19 & 20 of U.A.P. Act.

As per the prosecution case, on the basis of disclosure made by this petitioner letter pad of MCC, one country made pistol with magazine and one mobile have been recovered from a bush.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way concerned with the alleged recovery. Petitioner claims clean
