2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 241 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and two others are said to have fired upon the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 35504 of 2023 has granted bail to a similarly situated co-accused namely, Manjeet Kumar @ Manjeet Kumar Singh @ Manjeet Kumar Prince. The petitioner is in jail since 31.08.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 241 of 2022.
7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Bachhwara Police Station, Begusarai on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
