JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419,420,467,468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner is claiming settlement of pond for the fishery right on the basis of forged settlement document.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that both sides are claiming fishery right in the alleged pond for which 144 Cr.P.C. proceeding was also initiated. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period
