The petitioner seeks bail in Chenari P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the driver Guru Pujan Ram and the petitioner took away his tractor loaded with bricks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the driver of the tractor has already been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13922 of 2017 and the case of the petitioner stands on better footing. The petitioner has no manner of concern with the driver of the tractor.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21357 of 2017 (2) dt.12-05-2017 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas (Sasaram) in Chenari P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016.
