JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Pakaridayal P.S. Case 19 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 15.2.2017. As per written report, the informant withdrew Rs.24,000/- from her account. In the meantime, two persons arrived and one of them snatched the bag of the informant and fled away. One person was caught who disclosed his name as Parwej Khan (petitioner).
From the written report itself it appears that another boy had snatched the bag of the informant. There is no recovery
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24238 of 2017 (2) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 from the petitioner, although, as per written report, he has been apprehended on the spot.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
