Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pawana P.S. Case No.40 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is of recovery of one country made pistol and two live cartridges from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.08.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Babalu Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
