Learned Sessions Judge, Munger has reported that the prosecution evidences have already been concluded and the matter is pending for defence evidence.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts, I do not think it proper to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions trial no. 228/2016 arising out of Mufassil P.S. Case no. 160/2015 stands rejected.

However, Sessions Judge, Munger is directed to dispose of Sessions trial no. 228/2016 within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
