The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014 registered under Sections 363A, 365, 367, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present first information report has been lodged after delay of four years without any explanation. The is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21047 of 2017 (3) dt.18-08-2017 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
