The present writ application has been filed by the petitioners for the grievance that the junior to them has been given promotion in the year, 2012 itself and the petitioners have been granted promotion on the post of SES (Primary) Cadre on 15.12.2023 (Annexure-1).

Considering this fact, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks and the respondent no.2 is well advised to
